The churches in The Netherlands are organising climate walks over the next weeks as a plea to the Conference of Parties on Climate Change meeting in Paris this December for a fair, equitable and just outcome. On the 31^st of October we will walk from Ede to Wageningen and on the 1^st of November from Wageningen to Oosterbeek.

The month of October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary. According to an account by fifteenth-century Dominican, Alan de la Roch, Mary appeared to St. Dominic of Guzman in 1206 after he had been praying and doing severe penances because of his lack of success in combating the Albigensian heresy.

From October 4 - 10, our parish organizes a "Saint Francis Week", in this week, you can experience some parts of the Franciscan spirituality in different ways.

In the weekend of October 2- 4 the Shalom Community in Renkum organize a 40 hours of Adoration. This Brazilian community invites you all to join at the time that suits you best and for as longer as you wish. For instance, you could come over for just an hour, a half day or the whole day.
